Gets the job done, nothing special here. I initially purchased this item because I thought it rotates with a smooth resistance bearing, but I was wrong. Otherwise, it functions just like the cheap string winders. It's only better in that it has a more comfortable handle, probably more solidly built, and has another insert for smaller tuning pegs.
